Abstract

The theoretical and methodological principles of conceptualizing information and analytical support (IAS) of open education in the context of digital transformation and modern crisis challenges are substantiated. Open education is considered as a new educational paradigm based on the principles of barrier-free, inclusive, flexible, and lifelong learning. The basic methodological approaches to the information and analytical support of open education are determined; the conceptual ideas and principles on which the concept of open education is based are outlined; and the main directions of research by Ukrainian scientists in the field of building a single open information space of education are identified. The stages and tasks of the conceptual model of scientific and analytical support for the development of a single information space of open education (according to the transdisciplinary scientific research program of the Department of Scientific Information and Analytical Support of Education of the V. O. Sukhomlynsky State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine) for 2026-2028 are highlighted. The emphasis is on the transformation of IAS from passive data storage to active analytical support of education stakeholders.
