Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the reasons for ignoring the classical and non-classical personology of the concept of practice as well as an attempt to impart to them, at the post-nonclassical stage of the development of science, an appropriate socio-psychological status. It is shown that the construct of socio-psychological practices is introduced in personology to designate repetitive, background acts of the landscape of one's own life personal constructing. Practical characteristics such as periphery, generality, conventionality, predictability, regularity, habituality are defined. A rhizomorphic model of life-designing practices is proposed. The basic components of the model are individual and cultural self-constitution, the construction of a communicative space of the individual and society interaction, the configuration of realities at a certain historical distance. It is analyzed the mutual determination of practices as shoots, branches of the rhizomorphic structure. Their branch points become bifurcation points and this leads to tangible changes in life-designing.
