The start of the war caused shock and stress, which quickly began to change to euphoria from the coherence of actions and good news about the Ukrainian military, the government, the unity of Ukrainians and the support of the world. But euphoria, as an emotional state, cannot last long. It is like a splash, a blow in the palm, besides, despite its positive color, it needs a lot of energy from the individual. Thus, taking into account the "energy conservation" of our body, first of all - the psyche and mental processes, each of the Ukrainians, especially in the first month of the war, had so-called "constant waves of mood". And this is a normal psychological phenomenon, and everyone feels this way. Just not synchronously, but depending on temperament, psychological stability, psychological injuries, etc. These are the laws of the psyche in conditions of extraordinary events, stress, military actions, etc. The key task of the psyche in such moments is to protect a person. You have probably heard many times about different situations during the war: sometimes you are angry, sometimes you are happy, sometimes you are worried. It's all waves. Now, after reading, you will be able to determine which of the waves has now covered you.
