Abstract

For the purposes of scientific research, the paragraph outlines the domestic and world experience of teacher training in the educational space of Ukraine. The attention is focused on the fact that the higher educational institutions of Ukraine are interested in the training of teachers who ensure the quantitative implementation of the tasks of compulsory education and brought them to a higher level of education and culture of citizens. It is noted that it is a difficult task to carry out professional training of such a teacher. Objective and subjective factors generated by social transformations, technical achievements, stereotypes and formalism of the existing system of professional training, motivation and value orientations of future teachers are on the way. It was noted that in the world space the teaching profession belongs to the most responsible. From activities representatives of this profession begins a complex chain main interrelated processes, which can be schematically to present this way: the educational process of children and youth is of high quality education - scientific and technical and technological progress - development of society. The specified end result largely depends on the potential of the initial impulse: the skills, efforts, abilities and professionalism of the teacher. This constitutes the scientific novelty of the item. It has been established that in modern society of the XXI century self-development, self-education, self-design, self-realization and self-realization of the individual, which became the basis of a new paradigms in the pedagogy of student-centered education. Therefore, the traditional system of professional training of teachers, despite all its positive achievements, is not sufficient to meet the needs of modern teaching practice. IN new social and pedagogical conditions, there is a need for teachers with a pronounced creative personality, which are focused on the development of the personality of each student. Conclusions. It has been established that the process of preparing the future teachers at the present stage provides for the following main components: general training (methodological), specially professional (psychological and pedagogical, methodical) personal training (self-education of the personality of the future teacher, his self-determination). Attention is focused on the challenges of the time, which caused the need to develop a Conceptual Framework reforming secondary education "New Ukrainian School". The document proclaims the preservation of the values ​​of childhood, the need to humanize training, a personal approach, development of the abilities of applicants for education, the creation of a basic subject environment. All this together provides psychological comfort and promotes the manifestation of children's creativity.
