Abstract

The use of international framework documents in the process of development of digital competence of teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is revealed. The Digital Competence Framework (DigComp 2.1) and five main objectives / steps for the teacher to use the Digital Competence Framework in the target group learning and for self-education are described: adaptation and specification, competence assessment, training of trainers, end-user training, definition and certification. The importance of using framework approaches that create opportunities and provide methodological tools for teachers in their practical work for the organization of training and self-education in the field of digital competence is highlighted.
