Abstract

In the theses it is determined that the acmeological model of the formation of professional success of a teacher is possible provided that acme technologies that provide for the development of cognitive and emotive components of the personality structure are used, they provide the ability for personal growth in pedagogical activity and self-realization in various areas of professional interaction.
