Abstract

In the educational-methodical manual deals with the competence approach to the education of children with visual impairments in secondary school. According to the State education standards developed by the features of formation of key competences of children with visual impairments in General education institution: features of formation of speech competence in children with disorders; the features of formation of mathematical competence in children with disorders; the features of formation of competence in the natural Sciences, engineering and technology in children with disorders; the features of formation of ecological competence in children with visual impairments; the features of formation of information and communication competence in children with disabilities; especially education for children with disabilities; the features of formation of civic and social competences related to the ideas of democracy, justice, equality, human rights, well-being and healthy lifestyle, with the realization of equal rights and opportunities of children with visual impairments; the features of formation of cultural competence in children with visual impairments; peculiarities of formation of entrepreneurial and financial literacy in children with disabilities; peculiarities of formation of innovation in children with visual impairments. The problems of teaching AIDS has great importance for special education, because it promotes the solution of actual psychological and pedagogical problems – the formation of a fully developed, creative, intelligent, able to socialize in the society. Educational-methodical manual is intended for teachers of special educational establishments, rehabilitation centers, inclusive rehabilitation centers and educational institutions with an integrated and inclusive training, courses of improvement of qualification, students of pedagogical faculties.
