Abstract

The author considers team building as a pedagogical technology at three levels: at the level of personality (the idea of the team and its characteristics, the role of each member in team interaction); at the level of the group (team and features of its functioning); at the organization level (team performance for the organization as a whole). The author classifies different forms and methods of active team training into three groups: team games, exclusive games and sports and entertaining games.
