Abstract

In particular, the article is devoted to the problem of ensuring the quality of educational activity, which is carried out by improving the practical training of medical personnel. The methodology of the research is based on the possibility of con- ducting an experimental part with the students of the final courses of the specialty 223 “Nursing”,obtaining the educational-qualification level of a junior specialist. The analysis of the scientific and technical literature and the research that aims to improve the scientific rationale for practi-cal training of medical personnel, detection the effectiveness of using interactive technologies in educational activities at the level of learning and formation professional competence of applicants education in the study of professional disciplines. The results of the study confirmed the hypothesis that the best strategy for improving the practical training of future medical professionals is the introduction of a comprehensive approach, using interactive technologies, analysis of typical and atypical clinical tasks, patient supervision, solving situational problems, conducting adequate program control. etc. The scientific novelty of the study was to substantiate the state of practical training and further improvement of interactive technologies in the process of training future medical specialists. The results put into preparing nurses MHEI “Zhytomyr Medical Institute” Zhytomyr Regional Council. Among the general conclusions made by a study it is necessary to determine that ensuring the quality of the educational process is a priority activity of the medical education institutions. The importance of interactive technologies in education practical training of future medical professionals is emphasized.
