Abstract

The article reveals the peculiarities of work with cognitive literature in the classes of literary reading in grades 1-4. It is when working with such texts that a child learns to perceive and analyze scientific information, to remove it from artistic text. That is, the ability to distinguish between literary and scientific. In the process of reading cognitive texts, the basic is the understanding of semantic connections, essential features, concepts, etc.
