Abstract

Early intervention is scientifically grounded (system theory, neuroplasticity, attachment) and is based on a holistic perception of a person and a biopsychosocial model of disability. The early intervention program is primarily family-centered and aims to help the family create such conditions in which a child with visual impairment could fully grow, develop, realize its potential, overcome the limits imposed by visual derivation and integrate into community life. and society. The focus of specialists in early development is not only a child with vision impairment, but also her family. Development and implementation of an individual intervention program in conjunction with the family.
