Abstract

The results of the research of psychological peculiarities of higher educational establishment by educationalists-managers are presented. The main tendencies typical for most stages of reorganization implementation (such as anxiety, fear of psychological resistance of the staff, necessity in consultative assistance of experts in different specialties, negative control instead of help by higher organs) are defined. The peculiarities of perception of some stages (stage of stability) are treated. It is underlined that the image of positive stability due to reorganization of higher educational establishment is not yet or enough formed in the majority of educationalists-managers.
