Abstract
Restoration of the resources of the person's viability can strengthen the person's motivation regarding the need to form an adequate anti-stress protective mechanism that allows maintaining psychological health and contributes to the formation of a person of a safe type who has no fear of imaginary threats that can predict danger, to overcome the danger, is able to correctly assess the situation and rationally distribute their own forces.
