The practical manual is prepared for scientific research "Scientific and methodological bases for providing social and pedagogical assistance to children and families who have been exposed in difficult life situations as a result of military conflicts" (state registration number - 0116U002432) and at the request of psychological practice for providing psychosocial support and escort of persons , victims of military actions in Ukraine. The contents of the manual contains materials for the work of a practical psychologist, social teacher with members of the UVP in the conditions of ATO and military operations. The theoretical aspects of psychological trauma, its signs, factors, which increase the negative influence of traumatic factors, are analyzed.
