Abstract

The book presents the results of research of formation of pupils' basic competencies of out-of-school educational establishments conducted by the Laboratory of out-of-school educational establishments of Institute of Problems of Education of NAPS of Ukraine. The authors examine key theoretical principles for implementing the competency approach to out-of-school education. The list of basic competencies that are formed in the cognitive and practical activities of pupils of out-of-school educational establishments by the main direction of out-of- school education. This study is intended for scientific and practitioners of educational system, teaching staff of out-of-school educational establishments, post-graduate students and students.
