Abstract

An important means of IR support scientific activities are scientific electronic library (NEB), which plays an important professional activities and development scientists in the process of scientific and educational research and exchange of experience. One of the most common platforms for the creation of scientific digital libraries and the main means of IR activities in support of scientific research is the system EPrints. This is one of the most widespread systems used for the formation and management of open archives and is designed to create archives of research with a wide variety of information resources (scientific articles, reports, theses, books, training manuals, conference proceedings, data and results of experiments observations, etc.).
