Abstract

The goals and the nature of the educational system formation and development is objectively conditioned by the changes taking place in the public life, and the current and future needs of society and personal development. What are the problems of the current state and characteristics of the present stage of informatization of education? How should the structure of computer-based learning environment, local and public electronic educational resources be developed? What are the latest ICT that should support the information and educational space and computer oriented educational systems? What are the features of the current and prospective ICT oriented education, education of the future, but in fact the very promising knowledge society? What is the prerequisite and guarantee of the successful implementation of the goals of informatization of education? Answers to these questions are the subject of further discussion.
