Abstract

The article deals with the substantiation of necessity of the usage of pedagogical heritage of S.Y.Batishev in the conditions of key changes of organization and content of the system of vocational and adult education in the terms of vocational schools and on-the-job learning. In it the examples of development and implementation of innovations into the practical activity of Ukrainian vocational schools which are grounded on the main scientific ideas of the researcher are given.
