Abstract
The article deals with current issues of social partnership in managing the development of vocational education in the European integration environment. Information about social partnership is seen as an essential factor in the harmonization of labor markets and education. Market dynamics and characteristics of European integration processes in social interaction determine Ukraine and other VET VET institutions from other institutions in the social system of society that has all the signs of crisis society. In most pressing problems in the development of social partnership in the management of VET emphasized: providing legal mechanisms for regulating and promoting socio- partner interaction VET institutions at local, regional and national levels; regular market research dynamic changes of expectations and requirements of the education market and timely scientific and analytical support management decisions of managers with professional schools of social and partnerships; мarketing ensuring long-term social and partnerships VET institutions from different subjects of social partnership; creating social partnership networks VET institutions at regional, national and international levels to enhance their prestige in the target audience and keeping competitive brand of professional education; comprehensive study of European integration determinants of social partnership as an example of rating VET institutions, particularly involved in international projects.
