Abstract
Problems of the Development of Vocational Education (TVE) in the Ukrainian market conditions are considered in the article as a whole system, functioning and development of which depends on the relationship of all the elements of the mechanism of its control. The analysis of government VET system, as well as the functional purpose of each of the elements of its management and the nature of the relationship between them allows us to conclude that the increase in efficiency of the VET system as possible if the gain synergistic dependence of all its elements.
