Abstract
Introduced a new practical solution to the urgent problem of the formation of algorithmic culture of senior pupils in the process of solving computational problems using software tools. Identified and theoretically grounded teaching conditions for the formation of algorithmic culture of high school students in the process of solving computational problems with the use of software tools and developed a training program is an elective course "The decision of computational problems using software tools", the introduction of which is necessary for the implementation of the teaching conditions for the formation of algorithmic culture.
