Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the academic digital libraries. Describes the objectives and main tasks of creating an Electronic Library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. The basic purpose and benefits of scientific digital libraries, given their functional properties and services. We describe the implementation of the Electronic Library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools NAPS Ukraine. The prospects of creating a network of digital libraries institutions NAPS Ukraine.
