Abstract

The legislative, normative, methodical and organizational aspects of the state policy and mechanisms for quality assurance of higher education in Finland are analized in the article. On its basis the author grounded key principles for forming, functioning and development for modern European quality assurance system of higher education for realization of them in Ukraine.
