Abstract
The article presents the review and analysis of scientific research of the problem of reflection. Based on the materials of psychological studies of the given problem, the definition of reflection, its psychological content, types, indicators and levels are analysed. The approaches to studying reflection as the mechanism of developing of personal efficacy on certain stages of ontogenesis are examined.
