Abstract
The world has accumulated a lot of information that characterizes the various scientific, educational, social and others. scope of humanity. The World Wide Web has radically changed the way we share knowledge, by reducing the barriers to publication and access to data within the global information space. And scientific electronic library (NEB) is a means of storing, accessing and searching information. The information and data - is the basis of information that is part of NEB and can be displayed in static or dynamic forms. It can be visual, audio or visual-audio information. The question arose as these various informational items together to combine so that you can identify them, or to identify each information object by another, going from a variety of sources with maximum utility to the user. The aim is to describe the data and relationships between them, which are used for describing and searching information resources of the NEB.
