Abstract

Reasonings concerning integration of professions as adaptation mechanism to the potential changes at the labour-market are expounded in the article. It is shown that strategies of adaptive type enable to decide contradictions arising up between the modern requirements to the specialist and quality of his real education. The role of educational establishments in this process consists of that in the conditions of instability in professional activity a future specialist could develop within the framework of possibilities corridor, created for this purpose by society, using creative potential.
