Abstract

The article considers socio-economic problems that updated the necessity of new approaches application to preparation of specialists taking into account new organizational mechanisms (based on the example of clustered approach). Clustered approach allows realizing the competitive advantage in a region, activating its creative potential. It is established that providing of change of folk masters generations and saving of traditional technologies of production taking into account the tendencies at the markets of commodities and labour is an important condition for the development of folk artistic trades in Ukraine. The creative environment of these establishments assists in students’ preparedness to innovative activity, the elements of which are creativity and creation.
