Abstract

The results of research’s result phase on the difficulties that arise during the preparation of vocational school pupils to be creative in their future careers are demonstrated. The factors of influence on the formation of motives for professional work are considered. The opportunities of future workers creative thinking forming in the educational process are analyzed.
