Abstract

The content is actual, enlightens important and not fully investigated psychological problem, in accordance with the contemporary level of psychological science. In the article, in particular, the analysis of the concept’s content “professional self-confidence” is held, the specifics and psychological problems of the development of the professional self-confidence of the heads of vocational institutions are exposed, the conditions of the development of future psychologists in the system of postgraduate education.
