Abstract

The textbook presents a model of psychological support of various types of reorganizations in educational institutions. The theoretical model contains a detailed description of the stages of reorganization: 1) crisis or need for development; 2) diagnostics of the organization; 3) analytical search for a solution; 4) creation of a reorganization plan; 5) training of personnel for changes; 6) making changes; 7) adaptation; 8) stability. The styles of employee participation in reorganizations and their psychological preconditions are analyzed.
