Abstract

Changes in the economy, intensification of European integration processes, intensive development of market relations, small business, a combination of different forms of ownership necessitate the improvement of professional training of competitive workers. This requires from specialists in this field not only proper competence, but also education and maintenance of a high professional culture, which involves the development of personal knowledge, mastery of a strategy in performing tasks, the development of professional intuition and more.
