Abstract

The paper analyzes the use of Source-normalized impact per paper (SNIP) - a normalized citation rate of the journal, which is used by the international scientometric database (DB) Scopus. SNIP takes into account the level of citation in a particular field of science, which allows you to compare journals on different topics. This figure takes into account references made this year to publications made during the previous three years.
