Abstract

The special course is aimed at the practical mastering of creative practices that form individual and socially oriented technologies in the development of creative competence of the teacher. Practical mastering of groups of creative technologies will promote training in the process of professional development of socially active, creative, creative specialists in the field of education, capable of self-improvement, self-determination, self-actualization with skills of individual and team creative activity. In the process of gradual mastering of the special course, students of advanced training courses should realize: the need for radical changes aimed at improving the quality and competitiveness of education, solving strategic challenges facing the national education system in the new economic and socio-cultural conditions. As well as the role and importance of the creative component in the formation of an innovative education system and the heuristic potential of the introduction of innovative technologies for the formation and development of creative competence. The materials of the special course are aimed at the development of educational, integral, scientific-methodical, managerial, innovation-research, competence, creative, andragogical, acmeological, etc. competencies of specialists. The special course is designed for 12 hours, of which 2 hours. - lecture, 4 hours - seminar, 6 hours. - independent work of the listener. The special course is developed for pedagogical staff of education, methodical services of all levels, organizers of system of postgraduate pedagogical education, listeners of advanced training courses of pedagogical workers at all stages of course preparation on various models of training.
