Abstract

The dissertation scientifically substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles, developed and experimentally tested the effectiveness of designing a digital educational environment of scholarly communication of masters-researchers and its application in the process of preparing masters for educational and scientific programs in accordance with the tasks of digitalization of education. The domestic and foreign experience of introduction of master's programs of research direction in the context of the decision of a problem of improvement of preparation of masters-researchers in domestic establishments of higher education is analyzed. Theoretical and methodological principles of the research are substantiated, its conceptual and categorical apparatus and concept are developed. The digital educational environment of scholarly communication of masters-researchers is modeled (the spatial-semantic, technological, organizational-communicative, competence and management components are highlighted), criteria of efficiency of its designing and application are defined. Based on the analysis of the requirements for the preparation of masters in educational and scientific programs in higher education institutions revealed the essence and structure (as a unity of four groups of competencies: methodology and tools for carrying out research, information literacy and work with data, communication and cooperation, problem solving and self-education, and motivational-value, cognitive, productive-activity, scientific and educational, reflective-analytical components) of digital competence of masters in scholarly communication, theoretically substantiated and developed a model of its formation in digital educational environment, characterized criteria, indicators and levels of formation. The basic provisions of selection of expedient tools of support of scholarly communication are defined, the digital educational environment of scholarly communication of masters-researchers is designed taking into account the defined criteria and the technique of its application in the course of preparation of masters on educational-scientific programs is developed.
