Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the general secondary education quality as a polyscientific problem, the solution of which can be carried out when it is systematically considered from the standpoint of philosophy, public administration, educational management, political science, economics, pedagogy and other sciences. It has been substantiated that among the reasons hindering the solution of the problem of ensuring the education quality, in particular general secondary education, is the study of the essence of the category of education quality by narrowly subject methods within a separate scientific discipline, and the lack of legal consolidation of basic concepts. A number of conditions of legal, personnel, technological and other nature are proposed for the implementation of the process of ensuring the general secondary education quality in Ukraine.
