Abstract

The method of using the system "Bibliometrics of Ukrainian science" for the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific pedagogical staff is substantiated and developed in the work. Today, the problem of developing information and research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in accordance with the requirements of innovative education in Ukraine is relevant, which requires constant self-education, self-development, professional development and training to maintain a high professional and pedagogical level. The task is to acquire skills and abilities of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers on the use of open electronic scientific-educational systems and their services, in particular, bibliometric and scientometric, which provide an opportunity to evaluate their professional activity in order to increase the effectiveness of research. Therefore, one of the problems of training specialists in the field of education and science is the scientific and methodological support for the use of information and digital technologies.
