Abstract
The article is about the 20th Petro Jacyk International Ukrainian Language Competition, which starts every year on the Day of Ukrainian Literature and Language (November 9). Mykhailo Slaboshpytskyi, Executive Director of the League of Ukrainian Patrons, tells about the priorities, history, geography, and peculiarities of the competition.
