Abstract

The monograph presents an examination of negative psychological phenomena in the "personality-state" system under a military conflict. The social and psychological concept of prevention and counteraction of negative psychological phenomena in the political and legal sphere, which are associated with the armed confrontation in the east of the country, is presented. The psychological content of the manifestations of these phenomena is systematized and described. The mechanics of social production of anomie in a communicative society is considered. The concept of discursive production of anomie is presented. The problems of social nihilism and the characteristics of nihilistic discourse in the media are analyzed. Limitations of the individual in the perception of political and legal information are covered. The psychological mechanisms of the influence of the situation of hybrid war in Ukraine on the course of the political and legal identification of citizens are described. The monograph is addressed scientists, teachers, graduate students, masters and students of higher education institutions, specialists in the field of lawmaking and law enforcement activities.
