Abstract

It is confirmed that an important role in the development of digital, information-analytical and information-research competencies of graduate and doctoral students is given to digital technologies, in particular, digital open systems, the use of which contributes to improving and expanding opportunities in research, presentation of research results and image and the institution in which he works. Also, the use of outlined tools for research will significantly reduce financial and time costs and promote faster dissemination of scientific results. Experimental verification of the proposed methodological system of using digital systems in the training of graduate and doctoral students confirmed its effectiveness and pedagogical expediency.
