Abstract

The formation and development of information and educational environment should be considered as one of the components of the strategy and vision of the educational institution. It is important that information and communication technologies and learning tools should be used in the daily work of the traditional learning environment as a set of tools and processes that expand opportunities for human learning and intellectual development. The positive impact of the information and learning environment will occur through a synergistic combination of benefits for different stakeholders: school administration, teachers, students and the community.
