Abstract

Biobibliographic index from the series "Academicians of NAPS of Ukraine" is devoted to the life and scientific and pedagogical activity of Valery Yukhimovich Bykov, famous Ukrainian scientist, teacher, organizer of science and education, doctor of technical sciences, professor, full member of NAPS of Ukraine, director of the Institute of Information Technologies and Teaching Aids Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine. The index presents the scientific achievements of the scientist for 45 years of his activity (1970-2015), which includes more than 450 publications. In addition, the index includes information about the scientific school of the scientist, as well as literature about the life and scientific achievements of V. Bykov. The publication is addressed to students, graduate students, doctoral students, researchers, historians of science and education, teachers. teachers and heads of educational institutions and anyone interested in theoretical and practical problems of informatization of education, open education, open information and educational space, open learning environments, creation and use of tools and technologies of computer-oriented information technology platforms of open educational systems.
