Abstract

The relationship and interaction of intelligence, personal qualities and leadership as special requirements for innovative people in the early XXI century are studied. It has benn noted that the effectiveness of leadership (managerial) was influenced by some personal qualities. This requires a combination of personality traits and professional competence.
