Abstract

The manual is devoted to the analysis of modern training technologies in the context of the currently popular integrative approach in psychological science and practice. The historical and methodological aspects of the formation of training forms of work of a psychologist are highlighted, their current state and prospects of development are determined. Possibilities of using training technologies in the practice of psychological support of staff, prevention of emotional burnout and development of stress and vitality of the individual are outlined, Balint groups are analyzed in the context of staff career development, resource approach to overcoming crisis situations; special attention is paid to the relevant in solving many customer requests in today's training technology - consonant therapy.
