Abstract

The education quality that students receive directly depends on the personal characteristics and qualifications of the teacher. To better meet the needs of today's students, teacher training requirements and expectations continue to grow. According to the reform of the American system of primary and secondary education, the broader priority is the training of competent specialists necessary to achieve success in college and in the workplace.
