Abstract

Plan S is an initiative aimed at consolidating efforts to move as quickly as possible to publishing models that provide full open access to research results. The main goal of the cOAlition S consortium is that after January 1, 2020, research results funded by public funds provided by national and European research councils and foundations should be published in open access journals or be available on open access platforms.
