Abstract

The author stated that the today’s globalization challenges intensify the transformation processes in education in the world towards direction of its adaptation to the changing needs of societies and individuals. Globalization causes the gradual transnational synchronization of key parameters of education, i.e., its goals, organization, content, learning outcomes in the format of universal development trends. The framework for such development is shaped by the democratization of school education through the promotion of the principle of social justice and the pole of improving its quality through the introduction of accountability and monitoring mechanisms.
