Abstract

Self-coaching is described as one of the technologies of training the teacher of the New Ukrainian School, creative, with an innovative type of thinking, motivated, competent. Technology of pedagogical self-instruction, professional self-realization and self-improvement, which is based on the teacher's responsibility for his own thoughts, actions, development of his own professionalism, pedagogical creativity and mastery in the individual educational trajectory. The material of the special course is developed according to the formula of the competent approach of ZUNMC (knowledge - ability - skills - ways of thinking - values). Each topic contains headings "It is necessary to know", "It is necessary to be able", "It is necessary to own". The technologies of pedagogical self-coaching are described in detail: DSR "well-formulated result", "S.M.A.R.T", "Strategy (circle) of creativity of Walt Disney", "Self-coaching portfolio", "Self-coaching", "EMDR - change of emotional state". Among the techniques offered are "My Professional Purpose", "Reframing Professional Problems", "Imaginary Mentor", "Seven Steps to Professional Mentoring and Success". The author has developed checklists for the development of key competences of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School: "My professional habits", "Basic" absorbers "of time", "Checklist of professional self-development and self-realization of the teacher". The special course is designed for thematic courses of advanced training in the field of "Pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical workers and heads of educational institutions" of the field of knowledge "01. Education". For teachers, teaching services of all levels, scientists, employees of higher education institutions, organizers of postgraduate teacher education, students of advanced training of pedagogical workers, heads of general educational institutions and institutions of the general secondary education, as well as all those who are interested in self-profession education New Ukrainian School.
