Abstract
The article deals with the formation of information and communicative competence of students with impaired vision, creating conditions for the development of cognitive processes, mental and communicative actions. Didactic capabilities of multimedia tools are designed to create conditions for the development of students with visual impairment of cognitive processes, education of positive qualities of the individual, mental abilities, communicative development.
