Abstract
The article is devoted to research of creative achievements of the prominent philosopher and psychologist of 19th century М.Grott. The theoretical basis of his sensual - moral theory of personality are analyzed in detail. The main features of morality of personality are determined. A number of the psychological concepts of the modern scientists confirming the theoretical-methodological concept of М.Grott is considered.
