Abstract

There’s analysis of the conceptual apparatus of external independent tests assessment in 2008–2018 in biology are highlighted. It is emphasized that developing a measuring tool for conducting state final certification for basic school in the form of external independent assessment, it is necessary to determine the quantitative ratio in the tests of the tasks, which are aimed at assessing the subject and key competences of students.
